It allows the items to be produced correctly with the minimum labor investment i.e. cost. We have been designing, manufacturing and running technological equipment from the very beginning of our existence for over 33 years, so we have immense experience in designing and making the right one to achieve the best results.

We have a small in-house section for the manufacture of machining fixtures. For more complicated projects we work in close partnership with a group of specialist sub-contract producers in Bulgaria. V.I.P. Ltd.  take full responsibility for the design, project management, and testing of all fixtures and jigs. All new products are evaluated from process point of view and we do not stop in our endeavors for achieving the shortest operation tact time

By getting us involved at an early stage of product conception, we can often make suggestions which can lead to significant savings via optimizing it for overall production.
